Dodgeball Tournament

Last Thursday, February 16th, Laurel Varsity L club hosted its 3rd annual Dodgeball Tournament. The club is run by Mr. Holzhauser and current acting president Regan Atkins. In order to play, students grades 7-12 donated 5 dollars to our senior boys who have been injured. 16 teams made up the bracket and all students were able to miss their morning classes in order to spectate. The championship game was played by The Fruit Ninjas and Red, White and Blue Balls. Ultimately, The Fruit Ninjas, made up of 8 seniors, pulled out the win and won the coveted golden dodgeball trophy. Over $500 was raised in support of Aidan Collins, Colin Bartley, Greg Preisser, and Carter Haney.
