Talent Show Success
by Marissa Lunn
Laurel’s annual talent show returned this school year, showcasing a variety of talents from faculty, staff, and students. This year there were over fifteen acts total. Each act showed how interesting and fun Spartans are capable of being. Some of the acts included dancing, singing, playing instruments, and even a yoyo segment.
Laurel’s Student Council presented the Court of Caring for their annual Children’s Hospital fundraising and also included this years (any many other years) winner of the Food Drive, Mrs. Scott.
At the very end of the talent show, all of the students were able to go home and enjoy their Thanksgiving break. Now, we are all back in school and preparing for the end of the semester. Happy belated Thanksgiving to all that celebrate.
