Alayah Kinsley

Alayah Kinsley is a hardworking student at Laurel, during and outside of school hours. She is a caring and honest woman. She is also very persistent when it comes to achieving her goals in life. Alayah knows how to make someone laugh, and is always there to lend a helping hand when needed to. Alayah is a part of Laurel’s cheerleading team for both the sideline and competition teams. Currently her and her team are doing an astonishing job in the cheerleading competitions they compete in so far in their season. This is Alayah’s 6th year doing track and field. She participates in the high jump, 300 meter hurdles, discus, and the triple jump. Outside of track and cheerleading, Alayah works two jobs at Sunrise and Chuck Tanner’s restaurant while also remaining up to date with all of her studies. In the next upcoming years, she will be attending Pittsburgh Technical College to become a surgical technician. Alayah’s words of wisdom for other students is, “don’t be scared to try harder in whatever you do.”
