Wednesday is for Wrestling

This Wednesday, the Laurel Spartan Wrestling team will host their first home opener against section rival, the Highland Rams. The Spartans will be seeking revenge over last year’s loss for the section title, (36-40). With the loss of 10 seniors last season, the wrestling team is looking to fill big weight spots to help keep the growing success of the program and reach the milestone of first ever section title. Coming off of a section win over the Ellwood City Wolverines, the Spartans are ready to compete. Come out and support the young Spartans in a make-or-break match at 7pm. Bring your Spartan Pride!
