Ainsley Stewart

Hello Laurel community! This week we interviewed Ainsley Stewart for one of our senior spotlight’s. Ainsley is well known for her academic and athletic achievements. You can also find her cheering during basketball and football season. She is the president of the 2024 senior class, and the s3 club. Ainsley also participates in many other clubs such as Conservation Club, FCCLA, Track, and Journalism. 

When it comes to Ainsley's time as a Spartan she considers her best high school memory to be when she danced with her fellow classmate, Antonio Benincase, at the annual Thanksgiving talent show. Narrowing it down to just being a Spartan cheerleader, her best cheer memory would be attending states and nationals, with some of her closest friends and family. 

Outside of school Ainsley can be seen working a part time job at the Shenango McDonalds. Ainsley also loves to participate in cheer clinicals helping her younger fellow cheerleaders. Of course Ainsley wouldn’t be able to do this without the support of her absolute closest friends, and family.

Since Ainsley is a senior, her time here as a Spartan is slowly coming to an end. She plans to attend Youngstown State University to major in either business or marketing. Our community wishes you the best of luck ainsley. Watch out for your next senior spotlight!
