Court of Caring

On the last day of school before Thanksgiving break, all the teachers at Laurel voted for this year’s court of caring. Last year, our court of caring winners were: Queen, Alexandra Herr, and King, Ben Daugherty. They took the stage at this year's talent show to give a heartfelt message to our new court. Every year the student council hosts the court of caring where the top students are selected to fundraise for our Children’s Hopsital annual donation. Previously we have raised thousands of dollars to donate to the free care fund. As the court decided whether or not they will participate, student council kicks off this years fundraising efforts with their most popular fundraiser, the Friday donut sale. We hope Laurel will raise more this year than ever before, and wish good luck to all members of the court of caring. Winners will be announced on the half day before Christmas break.
