Senior Ryan Telesz

This week we interviewed Ryan Telesz for one of our senior spotlights. Ryan is an 18 year old senior who is very well known for his academic and athletic achievements.

 Through his years of being a Spartan, he has participated in FBLA, Conservation Club, baseball, and golf. While Ryan’s hands are full with all of his extracurricular activities, he still makes time to do some of his favorite hobbies, which includes hunting, fishing, hanging out with his friends, and his dog. 

Whether Ryan is stepping onto the field or the green, he loves to prepare by drinking a red bull, preferably the coconut flavor, and having some sort of candy or fruit to get himself energized. If he has any sort of extra time before his games or matches, he likes to listen to mainly rap, and sometimes some rock, to get himself hyped up. No matter where you see Ryan, you will most likely see right by his side Keegan O’Brien who is his biggest supporter.

Growing up as a Spartan, you make amazing memories, but Ryan’s favorite would have to be when his team unexpectedly won the dodgeball tournament last year, raising awareness for the Miracle League.

After high school Ryan plans on going into some sort of trade route to pursue being an operator, or an electrician. Ryan’s advice for younger sSpartans would be to grow up sooner than later because time does fly; don’t be stupid! Ryan likes to describe himself as a lover not a fighter, he goes with the flow and in the end, just has fun.
