Annual Blood Drive
by Talia Cartwright
Last Wednesday, Laurel held their annual blood drive hosted by the National Honors Society in the high school gym. Their goal for this blood drive was to reach 48 units. They beat this goal with over 60 donors attending which resulted in a total of 55 units collected for the American Red Cross. The generosity of the various donors is used to help others in need of new blood and emergencies. Laurel will be hosting another Blood Drive on March 30th, 2022. We hope to see more students, community members, and faculty participating in donating to people in need. Thank you to everyone who donated!
