Newest Kicker

This week we introduce Maya Jarrett. Maya is a sophomore in high school and is recently a new member of the Laurel Football team. Maya is currently on Laurel’s girls basketball team and is also a participating member of the FBLA club. She is also a member of the Northern Steel Soccer team. Her team name is Steel 08 Dash. Maya has been playing soccer for twelve years. She is now the Laurel Football team's new kicker, using her soccer skills to help the team. Being a girl on a football team takes a lot of courage, but Maya is shining bright as she has helped the team score extra points in her first game playing against Union. Goodluck to Maya and the team for the rest of this football season!
