Senior Seneca Bailey

by Moriah McBride

Seneca Bailey is known for being a hard working and reliable senior here at Laurel! She takes pride in being a cheerleader for 10 years now. Some of her proudest moments during her years of cheer were when she and her team became WPIAL champs her freshman and junior years! She also received the coaches award for cheer her junior year.

Outside of cheerleading, Seneca is also involved in many extracurricular activities. She has been in the National Honors Society for two years now, where she currently serves as Vice President. She has also been involved in FBLA for four years, moving on to the state conference in Hershey her junior year! As of this year, she is also serving as the Entrepreneurship president. Some other proud accomplishments of Senecas are that she has consistently been on High Honor Roll, and she is on Skerb’s favorites list!

After graduating, Seneca plans to attend Penn State, University Park, to possibly major in Elementary Education!

Seneca’s advice for other students and underclassmen is: “I think it is important to find your people and do your own thing.” We wish Seneca the best of luck as she finishes her time here at Laurel, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for her!
